(Long discussion about why 10 people turned up to a 30 minute meeting I had to wing in the face of coworker apathy)

...so why if they all hate us are 6-10 people turning up to each one- and staying listening?
CoWorker:

Isn't knowing the developers and what drives them your role?
CoWorker:
Well I don't want to be doing my role, I want something like liaison with (outside body) or the representative for developers in (shiny project). I've already emailed (current boss) and asked to be given those jobs.
